Mayday! [ROUGH]

OK, this is getting properly EEEEEKY!

I’m sharing a new song that popped in on Saturday… still a work-in-progress..

But this is the challenge I set myself, so here it is.

This likely won’t make sense to many of you without background information but I’d really appreciate you listening first and letting me know what you get from it “blind”. (If you want to then understand more, you can on the Mayday Saxonvale site.)

I had the inspiration to write a song championing this project over three years ago and got in touch with them then - but never followed through. After a worrying update on Saturday, the song suddenly landed! I’ve sent it to the team there but haven’t heard back yet.

I’d REALLY appreciate your feedback in the comments so that they’re all in one place for me to revisit (this is a small group of 15 peeps and won’t be seen outside this group). And you can also message me directly if you don’t feel comfortable with that.
